What is it about flowers that draws the artist eye? The delicate petals, vibrant colors or the intricate architecture of each bloom? For me, I would say all of the above. Physical restraints have required me to hand over the care of these delicate creations to my gardener (my husband) but creating them on a canvas is almost as rewarding as planting a seed and watching it grow.
