What is it about flowers that draws the artist’s eye? Is it the delicate petals, vibrant colors, or the intricate architecture of each bloom? For me, it’s all of the above. Although physical limitations have required me to hand over the care of these delicate creations to my gardener—my husband—capturing their beauty on canvas is almost as rewarding as planting a seed and watching it grow.
